Personal Training
One-on-one In-Person Coaching: One-on-one in-Person Coaching is ideal if you need a more personal hands-on approach to your training. In-person coaching provides more accountability (than online coaching) and you will learn how to perform safe, detailed, and effective exercise techniques.
Small group In-Person Coaching: Providing all the benefits of one-on-one coaching, but with the added benefits of peer accountability and savings on your wallet.
Together we will identify fast, safe, and effective methods to help you solve your health and fitness problems, so you can spend more time feeling confident, strong, and empowered!

like brushing your teeth and taking a shower, it has to be a part of your life”

Optimal Performance Screening
Now more than ever, we are witnessing an increased reliance on technology and the prevalence of sedentary lifestyles. On the other end of the movement spectrum are overuse patterns and overtraining, leading to suboptimal movement strategies and musculoskeletal dysfunction. Focusing on the quality of movement, movement efficiency, injury resistance, and recovery is vital to our client’s success. Mountain Massage and Wellness provides a simple, straightforward approach to customized programs designed to enhance and improve your ability to move freely and optimize performance.
Optimal Performance Therapy: A five-phase system
Optimal Performance Therapy is a systematic process of identifying a neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction, developing a plan of action, and implementing an integrated corrective strategy. It is a sophisticated and straightforward implementation of assessment and exercise program design processes through five steps:
1. Static and dynamic postural assessments: (to determine possible postural distortions and movement impairments.)
2. Inhibit: Inhibitory techniques are used to reduce tension or decrease activity of overactive neuromyofascial tissues (1) in the body.
3. Lengthen: Through active stretching and passive stretching
4. Activate: Activation techniques are used to reeducate or increase activation of underactive tissues as identified during the assessment process
5. Integrate: Teach the previously inactive tissues how to work with the rest of the muscular system for more optimal movement.
